The Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the State of Qatar, His Excellency Mr. Rashad Ismayilov, met with the Acting Director of the Al Jazeera Center for Studies Dr. Ezzedine Abdelmoula.

In the meeting, Ambassador Ismayilov talked in detail about Azerbaijan's just position based on the rules and principles of international law and the current situation that resulted from the recent military aggression committed by Armenia against Azerbaijan, as well as the loss of life among the civilian population and the material damage inflicted to civilian infrastructure in consequence of the deliberate bombing of settlements located far from the conflict zone in Azerbaijan by Armenia, who has taken terrorism as a state policy.

During meeting, the two parties also discussed opportunities for cooperation between research centres in Azerbaijan and Qatar.
