The article which titled "28 years have passed since the tragic Khojaly massacre" provides detailed information on the Khojaly genocide, the massacres committed, their scope and damage. It was stated that the Khojaly tragedy is one of the worst crimes of the 20th century. The massacres in Khojaly grossly violated the norms and principles of international law, as well as the provisions of international conventions. The article focuses on the brutal killing of people in Khojaly. The article notes the occupation of Azerbaijani lands by Armenia, the consequences of the occupation, including the expulsion of more than 1 million Azerbaijanis from their native lands, and the loss of about 30,000 lives during the conflict.
