Rules of entry into the Republic of Azerbaijan related to the COVID 19 pandemic

The Cabinet of Ministers decided on additional measures to remove some restrictions in the special quarantine regime in Azerbaijan.

According to the document, it was determined that from 06:00 on March 28, 2023, all citizens of foreign countries and citizens of other countries permanently living in those countries, as well as stateless persons, will be allowed to enter and exit the Republic of Azerbaijan through air transport and 

the requirement for a COVID-19 passport (certifying proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or immunity after recovery from COVID-19) is canceled for persons entering the Republic of Azerbaijan.
