Fikret Ozer, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the State of Qatar, welcomed the Ambassador and congratulated him on his appointment to this honorable and responsible position. At the meeting, it was reported that Turkey and Azerbaijan are very close to each other as two brother countries on the international platform as well as in the bilateral and multilateral context.
