On October 25, Minister of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan Republic and Co-chairman of Joint Economic, Trade and Technical Commission between the Governments of the State of Qatar and Azerbaijan Kamaladdin Heydarov has been to the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Minister Heydarov offered condolences on the death of the former Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani and noted words of heart in a book of condolence on behalf of the Government of Azerbaijan
