AZERBAIJAN, QATAR DISCUSS PROSPECTS FOR TRANSPORT COOPERATION
Azerbaijan and Qatar have explored prospects for the bilateral cooperation on transport as Ambassador Tofig Abdullayev met the country’s Minister of Transport Jassim Bin Saif Ahmed Al Sulaiti.
The Ambassador highlighted Azerbaijani Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov’s 2011 visit to Qatar, saying the two countries discussed priorities of transport cooperation then. Ambassador Abdullayev handed the Azerbaijani Transport Minister`s letter of invitation to Mr Al Sulaiti.
The Qatari Minister accepted the invitation to pay a visit to Azerbaijan. He said Qatar was interested in cooperating with Azerbaijan in all areas of economy, including transport.
