It was noted in the article that on April 6, Azerbaijan's 10 millionth citizen was born in a family of IDPs from the village of Baş Güneytepe in the Aghdam region. On this occasion, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva congratulated the Azerbaijani people and parents of the newborn child.
