The Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the State of Qatar, H.E. Rashad Ismayilov, met with Dr. Sultan Barakat, Director of the Center for Conflict and Humanitarian Studies.
During the meeting, ways to develop cooperation between the research centers were reviewed.
