on May 21, 2016 Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov arrived in Qatar to attend the 16th Doha Forum to be held in Doha. Within the Forum Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will deliver a speech in the first plenary session on the theme “International and regional status-quo and the means to meet the challenges”.
